U0100 lost communication em/pcm a toyota tundra

I have a code come up in abs module and traction illuminates the code was U0100 lost communication for ecm / pcm a
i tried to change the ecm and skid control module but no chance to fix the issue
What would be probably the main issue?

The wiring of the engine control unit is faulty or the sensors on the 5 volt line are short-circuited.
